It's a Buyers Housing Market

Property sales dollars  and the number of units sold were down for March in the Shuswap Revelstoke Markets compared to last year.

Vice President of the Shuswap Zone for the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate board Bob Clifffe says,  however the number of units listed on MLS were up by 23 percent.

He says, sellers have a competitive market but there's still enough demand that prices will continue their trend up.

The Shuswap Zone of the OMREB includes Salmon Arm and the area  east along  Hwy One to Revelstoke.
