Complaint Over 911 Service

As Columbia Shuswap Regional Directors passed the motion to continue their 9-1-1 services agreement with Central Okanagan Regional District, Falkland/Salmon Valley Director Rene Talbot brought up his dissatisfaction with the service.

Talbot said it was "terrible" because you spend more time telling them who you are than dealing with the issue.

South Shuswap Director Ted Bacigalupo said these deficiencies should be noted and asked staff to get more information about procedures.

The CSRD signed a four year contract.
