Silverbacks

The Salmon Arm Silverbacks had a rough weekend with the playoffs just around the corner.

The Cowichan Valley Capitals were at the Sunwave Centre on Sunday afternoon with two back-to-back road wins over Surrey and Merritt. Salmon Arm hoped to record their first win of the weekend after losing 3-2 in Trail on Friday,  and 4-0 at home to Penticton on Saturday. But the ‘Backs ended up losing to Cowichan 4-3 in the matinee game.
