Snowmobilers Hurt

Two people injured in separate snowmobile incidents were sent to Salmon Arm Hospital yesterday (Feb 7).  Fifteen members of Vernon Search and Rescue were called to Hunters Range yesterday afternoon in response to two simultaneous snowmobile injuries.

One of their own members suffered a serious arm injury and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

A female snowmobiler was air lifted out to Salmon Arm Hospital, with a serious back injury.
