Denim's Middle Of The Road single was the first to be released from their 1992 debut Back In Denim. The title track is taken from that album and is a brilliant and hilarious put-down of a whole raft of musical icons from John Lee Hooker to Bob Dylan with the point of the song being that you should choose your own heroes and not just accept those that are forced down your throat. This is driven home by the perfect sample of Mac & Katie Kissoon's "Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep" at the end of the song. Read More
