Ismael Miranda's final album for Fania Records marks the end of a nearly two-decade relationship with the top mainstream salsa label (he would continue to perform with the Fania All-stars, and the label would release his romantic Enamorado De Ti in 1993). In 1985, romantic salsa would receive a great kick; however, this would not faze Miranda, as he would continue with his winning formula and another handsome production.
