L'Experience 9 - Freak Out Total

The late '60s threw up numerous obscure and bizarre records in which it was difficult to tell whether the musicians were trying to exploit psychedelia or emulate it. This album -- here credited to L'experience 9, although it's identical to the somewhat more widely known album Attention that's billed to Les Maledictus Sound -- is one of those. While certainly eclectic, it's as contrived as it is exotic.
